Where defects actually come from
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
What a sensible opening order looks like
A practical starting order for online vape stores is 300 units across two or three SKUs, not 300 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.

We publish a realistic band of 2.91 to 9.24 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 300 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What is the minimum order for starter vape kit?
Standard configurations start at 300 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 800 units because of setup time on the line.
