Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.
How the price is actually built
Unit price breaks usually land at 100, 300 and 600 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
We publish a realistic band of 3.02 to 8.33 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

How we structure a first order
Most online vape stores arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 100 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
